Very good product...BUT delivery was VERRY VERY SLOW.
I ordered this laptop on 30th of July for my daughters birthday,which was on the 5th of August.I thought I had plenty of time as Amazon usually deliver in 3 to 5 days.
It arrived on 10th of August......NOT good!
I Emailed them 3 times but only recieved a reply from them, after it was delivered!????
I was very disappointed.

Despite never having heard of ASUS,I found this to be a decent computer. It arrived in good time and well packed. It was no problem to set up. I am disappointed by it's slowness, and still find it slow despite having uninstalled some of the unnecessary software. The camera is of medium quality and is like the lap top itself - medium. Itis being sold as a 'deal', and I'm glad I did not pay full price. At the 'deal' price it's ok. In fact it is not as good as the old laptop I bought it to replace. I would recommend it as an 'entry level' lap top, but it is too slow for anything else in my opinion.

I use a computer at work but wanted something basic but reliable to use at home. This laptop fits the bill perfectly. Easy to use with plenty of useful software including the webcam. Great value.

A superb pc bought for my granddaughter, has so much included and is brilliant for her school and personal work. Pity there were not more available as I would have bought one for my husband.

when i got the laptop did not know how it would be i opend the box took it out turn iton from there on it was so easy to use the start up was quick the info i got was to the point loaded windows up ask me what i wonted to do from there on theres was nothing to it all i did was to sit back and let it do it job being useing it for about 3 weeks find it great web cam was not working you might need to update the drivers for it becouse the web cam was upsaide down wheni started to use iti know it was the soft were on that was the prolam so i updated the drivers works fine know only thing i found wrong with it otherwise its great easy to use anyone looking for a laptop should look at this one
